Our experiential training methodology allows individuals to work on specific current workplace challenges, so that each individual focuses on areas relevant to them personally. Our questioning rather than telling approach allows individuals to build personal insight. We use a balance of group and individual work to cater to introverted and extroverted personality types. Auditory, visual and tactile learning styles are catered to through the blend of activities provided.
