Maggie is a performance and development consultant specialising in group facilitation and coaching. Over the past 16 years she has designed a range of management and leadership programs to enhance the ability of organisations to harness their people’s talents and ensure retention.

She has a strong tradition in education where she practiced the fundamentals of learning, and from which she developed best practice, agile learning and development approaches to meet the needs of people in the fast paced work environment. Maggie’s ability to understand the people and unique culture of her client organisations has meant she has secured long lasting partnerships with corporate, not for profit and government organisations around Australia and abroad.

Maggie is an accredited facilitator of the Resilience Advantage™ program, which enables her to develop interventions that promote high levels of optimism and a capacity for resilience and achievement even in the face of adversity.

    Maggie has delivered Certificate 1V in Training and Assessment for staff at ANZ Melbourne. She also worked with the ANZ Bank to design a 13 module Risk Management program for ANZ Royal (Cambodia).
  • John Swire & Sons Group of Companies – Performance and Development
    For 5 years Maggie has provided Performance and Development training for the Swire group of companies across Australia. These programs support the development of employee talent and engagement by developing skills in setting performance targets and conducting two-way consultative performance feedback conversations between managers and their staff. She is currently co-designing and facilitating a 9-day residential team leadership program (TLDP) in which she plays a pivotal role in coaching and supporting participants to achieve their goals.

    Maggie co- designed a senior leadership program for school principals and aspiring leaders.
  • Country Road Group
    Maggie designed and delivered a range of leadership programs for new managers through to seasoned executive leaders. Initially these were conducted for the individual companies including Mimco, Witchery, Trenery and Country Road but she continued to support the development of their leaders within the Country Road Group. Overall Maggie was engaged by Country Road over a period of 4 years.
  • Australian Red Cross Blood Service
    Maggie designed and facilitated a six day Leadership Development Program for the Australian Red Cross Blood Service, including train the trainer programs for interstate facilitators to ensure the quality and integrity of the program nationally. Over a period of 5 years, the program was delivered to over 450 middle managers. The approach focused on meaningful workplace application, with significant opportunities for consolidating learning, deepening participants investigation into issues that had personal relevance and opportunities to build their leadership capabilities within their teams and work environment.
